Scottish country dance (SCD) is the distinctively Scottish form of country dance, itself a form of social dance involving groups of couples of dancers tracing progressive patterns. A dance consists of a sequence of figures. These dances are set to musical forms (Jigs, Reels and Strathspey Reels) which come from the Gaelic tradition of Highland Scotland, as do the steps used in performing the dances.

Contra is the perfect social dance to get new dancers started, with a 30-minute free lesson all you need to enjoy the next three hours of dancing.

Contra is an easy-to-learn folk dance (similar to square dancing with some swing dance flair) that comes with a free lesson and amazing live tunes! Originating in Northern Appalachia based on English and French formal dances, contra is now danced around the country by multi-generational communities. Bringing a partner isn't necessary as folks switch partners between each dance.

Morris dancing is a traditional English folk dance characterized by rhythmic stepping, choreographed figures, and often performed with handkerchiefs, sticks, or swords. It's a vibrant and colorful form of dance that has evolved from medieval courtly entertainments to various styles found across different regions of England.
